Lost or Missing Packages

Glowsora is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are accurate before placing an order. If an error is made on our part, we will take full responsibility and cover the cost of reshipping your order.

 

Customs Fees and Duties
