At Glowsora, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Sale items and gift cards.

- Orders where the total value of purchased items exceeds $100 USD.

- Exchanges

 To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

We do not issue refunds for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
